You may return eligible products within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged (no stains, tears, or signs of wear).
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and attached to the product.
The product is not marked as "Non-Returnable" on our website. Non-returnable items include clearance items, customized products, and items with obvious signs of intentional damage.
Please note that returns that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected, and the product will be returned to you without a refund. This ensures fairness for both our customers and our brand, and helps us maintain quality standards for all products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:
Clearance or final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" on the product page).
Customized or personalized dresses (made to your specific requirements).
Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Accessories (if included with the dress) that are missing or damaged.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order via email at contact@azjhj.com or phone at 661-386-6422. Please provide your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will review your request and issue a RA number within 2 business days if your return is eligible.
Package the Return Item: Pack the eligible product securely in its original packaging (or a similar protective package) along with all original tags and labels. Please clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure smooth processing.
Send the Return Package: Ship the return package back to us within 7 days of receiving the RA number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect in the product, an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, wrong style), or a damaged item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages—this also helps support our compliance with PayPal’s Seller Protection Program.

4. Refund Processing
4.1 Once we receive and inspect your return package (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our fulfillment center), we will confirm if the item meets our return eligibility requirements.
4.2 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refund timelines vary based on the payment method used:
PayPal Payments: Refunds are credited to your PayPal account within 1-3 business days of approval. If you paid with a linkedcredit/debit card or bank account, the refund may take an additional 3-7 business days to appear in your account (subject to your bank’s processing times).
Other Payment Methods: Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days and will appear in your account based on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
4.3 Refunds will only cover the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect, our error, or a damaged item. Return shipping costs paid by you are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.
4.4 If your return is rejected (e.g., item is damaged, tags are missing), we will notify you via email and arrange to ship the item back to you at your expense. We will provide a clear explanation of why the return was rejected to ensure transparency.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for products with size or color issues (e.g., you received the wrong size or color). To request an exchange:
Follow the return process outlined above, and note "Exchange" in your return request, including the desired size/color.
Once your return is approved and we receive the item, we will ship the exchanged product to you free of charge (for U.S. domestic orders). For international orders, exchange shipping costs will apply.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size/color is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong style, wrong size), please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide your order number, photos of the item (and packaging, if damaged), and a detailed description of the issue.
We will arrange for a free return and either send a replacement item (if available) or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs). This ensures that you are not inconvenienced by errors or quality issues on our part.
