4.5 We are not liable for any loss or damage to products during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, providing photos of the damage and the shipping label, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. You may return any unused, unwashed, and undamaged products (with all original tags and packaging intact) for a refund or exchange, except for products marked as "non-returnable" (e.g., customized products or clearance items).
5.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@azjhj.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. You must return the products within 7 days of receiving the RA number, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
5.3 We will inspect the returned products upon receipt. If the products meet the return requirements, we will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5.4 If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a free return and either send a replacement product or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
5.5 If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request. If your order has already been shipped, you must return the products in accordance with our return policy to receive a refund.
